Dear coaches,
Thank you for standing in the gap for precious little lives with compassion and for sharing God’s infinite love to all who reach out. Thank you for being used by God to make a difference in so many lives. Even when things seem hopeless, you are making a difference. God is using you to speak truth and love into others. You are loved and appreciated for doing the hard thing of standing up for what is right.
I pray that you can live out 2 Corinthians 1:4 where we are promised that God will “comfort us in all our troubles so that we can comfort others. When they are troubled, we will be able to give them the same comfort God has given us.” May God continue to give you comfort and strength every day so that you can give that same comfort to the desperate women who are reaching out every day.
In the midst of the darkest day and hardest call, God is a shelter to our hearts and minds. May you take shelter in the powerful name of the Lord. “The name of the Lord is a strong fortress; the godly run to him and are safe” Proverbs 18:10.
You’re on the front lines of life and death decisions and this can be a drain emotionally, physically and spiritually. When a person engages in prolife work your struggle is “not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places.” Eph. 6:12
My wife and I were both deeply involved in frontline prolife work for a long season and there is a heaviness about it. God bless you for sacrificing your time and energy and fulfilling God’s command to “Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, …” Prov. 31:8
May God richly bless you in what He has called you to do.
