There was a time when doctors encouraged my wife and I to abort our unborn child because of a condition they detected in utero. Had we listened to our fears and what the doctors told us rather than trusting God and doing what we knew in our hearts was right and honoring to our baby and her Creator, we would have denied our beautiful, compassionate, gifted, super smart, God-fearing, almost 20-year-old daughter the opportunity to live and be a blessing to so many. I pray God uses your compassionate care for callers to give them the courage and peace to walk by faith and not by sight…and to refuse to focus on the things they don’t know, but instead focus on what they do know — that they are carrying a human being who is made in the image of God and deserves the opportunity to live.
